Role Overview:
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing high-profile accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. You will drive strategic initiatives, provide tailored solutions to meet client goals, and oversee the performance and growth of key accounts. Collaboration with internal teams is essential for ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and retention.
- Provide data-driven insights and optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the sales, technical, and creative teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services or products to existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, preparing reports and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and RTB solutions to ensure competitive offerings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Mentor junior account managers and help them develop their client management skills.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the digital advertising sector.
- 3+ years of experience in account management in the digital advertising sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, SSP, DSP, and related technologies.
- Experience in working with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
- Proficiency in Russian (native or C1).
